What we collect

DecisionFlow collects and processes data that you and your organization provide as part of operating the product. This includes:

• Account and administrator credentials (name, work email, role)
• Compensation plan definitions, structure, and configuration data
• Quota and performance data imported or entered by your team
• Workflow state — approvals, submissions, dispute records, and acknowledgements
• Audit log entries — actions taken, by whom, and when
• Demo request submissions from this website (name, work email, company, role)

What we do not collect or transmit

• Individual rep compensation amounts are not transmitted to any external AI model or third-party service
• Employee names and IDs are not sent to Anthropic or any AI provider
• The Compensation Operations Agent operates on workflow context and aggregated metrics only — never on individual payout data

How data is used

Data collected within the DecisionFlow product is used exclusively to operate, support, and improve the service for your organization. We do not sell data. We do not use compensation or employee data for advertising or AI model training.

Demo request data submitted via this website is used solely to schedule and conduct product demonstrations.

Data security

DecisionFlow is deployed on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Tenant data is isolated at the database layer — row-level security is enforced on every table. One tenant cannot access another's data architecturally, not by configuration.

Data retention

Data retention terms are established per customer agreement. In the absence of a signed agreement, demonstration and evaluation data is retained only for the duration of the evaluation period.

Third-party services

DecisionFlow integrates with third-party services as part of its product functionality — including identity providers (Microsoft Azure AD, Google Workspace), notification channels (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, ServiceNow), and payroll export destinations. Data shared with these services is limited to what is necessary to operate the specific integration and is governed by each provider's own terms.
